Acquis Consulting Group Associate interviews, decoded.

interviewed for 6 rounds over 2 months with people from different levels. it was really long without a clear timeline and i received no feedback after going through 5 rounds with them. the case required few slides on a business problem and the interviews were based on typical behavior questions with focus on culture.

It was about 3 rounds of interviews overall. In each round, I learned more about the company and spoke with increasingly senior people, reaching the partner/CEO level. I liked the interview process; the people I met seemed great, engaging, and collaborative, like individuals I'd enjoy working with. I didn't end up taking the job because of timing and how it fit my personal career path at the time. However, from what I saw, Acquis seems like a good company to work for.

The interview process started with a recruiter call, then I had two phone screens with engagement managers. After that, there was a case study interview and a final round with a partner and the CEO. It was a long process, but I learned a lot about the firm.
