The interview process was really long, it took 6 months from start to end. If you pass, they might not give you an offer right away, they'll wait for a project to open up. It could take another several months, maybe even a year total from first contact to an offer. I'd rather just be denied normally. It's a shame because the company seemed good, but their hiring process is confusing.
Had a phone interview with a consultant to discuss the company and my background. Following that, there were 3 team video interviews scheduled back-to-back on the same day. The process was very unprofessional, and no updates were provided after the interviews, despite it taking up a lot of my time. I followed up multiple times without any response or answer. I've since accepted an offer elsewhere. My recommendation to Acquis is that if you put candidates through a long interview process, the least you can do is give them a clear yes or no at the end. It's highly unprofessional.
It started with a call, then a 3-hour interview with a few people, and then two more chats with partners. It was all on Zoom. Pretty normal process.
