Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a recruiter screen, then I had an interview with the hiring manager, and the last step was a group interview with people from the department and leadership. The group interview was pretty long, 2.5 hours, longer than it needed to be.

It kicked off with a chat with a recruiter, then a technical check the following week. After that, I had an onsite with two technical interviews, one system design session, and two chats with managers about my past projects and how I handle things.

the interview process was good and they kept in touch throughout, no complaints. it was all done in a timely manner and they wouldn't need to make any improvements. the interview lasted about 60 minutes which was normal, and they asked good questions.
