Candidate-reported interview process

Applied online and got an invite for a call with recruiting. I scheduled it, but 1 minute before, the recruiter emailed to reschedule because of a personal matter. I rescheduled, but then she no-showed for the second call. A few days later, she emailed again saying they stopped interviewing for the role.

The interviewers were great, but they ended up picking someone with less experience. I wish they had been clearer about the experience level they were seeking.

Started with a recruiter call, then talked to the hiring manager, and then had an onsite interview. After the onsite, there was a final interview with a VP or C-suite exec. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Each step took about a week or more. The recruiter was quick to respond and kept things moving.
