It kicked off with a chat with a recruiter, then a technical check the following week. After that, I had an onsite with two technical interviews, one system design session, and two chats with managers about my past projects and how I handle things.
Started with a recruiter call for a phone screen. Then I had a take-home assessment that took about an hour. The final round included two one-hour technical interviews and a one-hour behavioral interview with the engineering manager.
Even though I didn't get an offer, this company's recruiter actually called me to let me know and provide feedback, which was a nice touch. They were also super quick and organized when setting up the interviews. My interviewers were mostly good, they paid attention and offered helpful hints when I struggled. I found the Leetcode Mediums pretty tough, and I couldn't find the best way to solve most of them. The only downside was that the system design interviewer seemed to get bogged down in specific details, so we didn't cover as much of the design as I wanted.
