Accolade Interview Questions

I got contacted by a staffing company and they scheduled an interview for me. I finished the interview and they said I would hear back in a few days, but it's now been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten any response. The staffing company mentioned they had great feedback from the company, which makes me think this company is unprofessional and disorganized. I don't get why they can't just tell me yes or no. It's really hard to get any information, so I'm done with them and wouldn't take the job even if they offered it.

The interview process had 3 steps. First, I had a phone screening interview with a recruiter. Next, I had a phone interview with a manager from a team, and he asked me about my skills and experience. Then, I went in for an on-site interview because I was close by and did a coding assignment with the manager and then talked with some of the employees on the team.

I applied online and got an email saying they were interested. I had to do a 45-minute assessment first, then a phone interview, and after that, an in-person interview.
