The interview process was pretty long, which was actually great because they really care about who they hire and don't want to rush into a bad decision. I liked meeting a bunch of different people – some I'd work with a lot and others not so much, but everyone who was connected to the work I'd be doing was part of the final decision.
It kicked off with a phone screening with HR, then a second phone chat with the hiring manager a few days later. About a week after that, I was invited for in-person interviews with three people from the department. I got the job offer two weeks after the interviews.
The interview process involved a total of 4 rounds, which included 1 panel interview. The interviews were conversational and involved questions about my resume and previous work experience. Some standard behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time when…' were also included.
