The interview process was poorly communicated. I had an initial HR screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and completed a case study. After the case study, the process went completely silent. The hiring manager had said I'd hear back in a few days about the next steps, but despite following up twice with the recruiter, I haven't received any response. It would be professional to at least get an automated rejection email, especially after going through multiple interview rounds.
The interview process was pretty straightforward and I heard back within a month. I think there were 4 interviews total: one with the controller, two with managers, and one with a colleague. It felt like a quick process, like they really wanted to hire someone soon, which was great.
It was a smooth, quick, and easy process. There was a personality interview, and then a technical interview. It took about 2 hours. No presentation was involved. You should prep for fluids, thermo, and heat transfer.
