Candidate-reported interview process

It was a straightforward interview with a three-person panel. They asked me why I wanted to join the company and talked a lot about company operations and current projects, as well as the growth in the Phoenix market. I got a job offer the next morning.

Originally met at a job fair, where I answered some technical questions and was offered an interview. At the actual interview, I was asked about my interest in the field, and also to explain a technical topic to them.

The interview is long but not that hard. It’s usually 3-4 hours but they provide lunch. Usually 30 min meetings with 3/4 managers. Behavioral mostly. They start with a plant visit and show the whole space.
