Candidate-reported interview process
It was a smooth, quick, and easy process. There was a personality interview, and then a technical interview. It took about 2 hours. No presentation was involved. You should prep for fluids, thermo, and heat transfer.
I interviewed with two other applicants. We were split into different rooms where 4-5 different groups of people cycled into the room. Each group performed a short interview. Topics stayed mostly behavioral, but they did ask to expand on your technical experience.
The interview process took about half a day. I had six 30-minute meetings with people from different teams. I also got a tour of the shop and offices. Lunch and travel expenses were covered, and parking was provided too.
