Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was way too long and intense. It included a presentation, but ultimately I wasn't chosen because I didn't have the right experience, even after 5 rounds. This could have been figured out from just looking at my resume.

First I chatted with HR, and they gave me the next steps. Then I did a homework assignment to show I understood the daily tasks. After that, I had an hour and a half Zoom call with people from the team. I didn't move on, but the last step would have been checking references.

It was a multi-stage interview process that included a substantial take-home assignment. Unfortunately, despite the investment of time and effort, the outcome was no offer. It's notable that similar positions are frequently re-posted and remain open for extended periods, suggesting a potential issue with their hiring efficiency or an ongoing, perhaps unproductive, interview cycle. The entire experience was rather inefficient and left me disappointed given the demands.
