Candidate-reported interview process

really in-depth interview process. lots of questions to make sure you have the experience and qualifications. included creating a presentation with a Q&A portion. overall it was an easy process, just a bit lengthy. the team was very nice and easy to work with. they were personable, so it was easy to feel comfortable during the interview.

The process had about 5 interview rounds for an entry-level role that doesn't need prior experience. They gave "homework" assignments (Excel, writing tasks) to check if you can do the job, and one round involved a presentation. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish.

It started with a quick chat with the recruiter. After that, I had to do a practice assignment, and they looked it over. Finally, there was a live 1-on-1 interview.
