The interview process was straightforward. I had a zoom call with an outsourced recruiter. It was a friendly meeting where they asked about my background and described the firm's culture and expectations. All in all, it felt like a very typical interview process.
The focus is on EQ and really digging into how you'd integrate into the team. If they're talking to you, chances are you have the skills they need. They bring in skilled people, so it's important to understand the company's energy and how you can contribute beyond just doing the job.
I went through a few steps, including a homework assignment. They mentioned being very transparent and respectful, promising to keep me informed. Despite reaching out multiple times over two weeks, I didn't hear back as expected, only receiving a nice email later after I contacted two people about twice each.
