The interview process was pretty easy and felt like a chat. First, there was a screening call to talk about my background and if I was into the job. Then, I had an in-person interview where we focused on how well I communicate, if I'm professional, and if I'd fit into the company culture. They really cared about my people skills, if I was open to coaching, and if I was eager to learn. They also made sure to tell me exactly what they expected.
it was a pretty standard interview. Started with a screen call, then had an in person call. The benefits seemed okay, and the interview itself went smoothly. I ended up accepting another offer due to some personal reasons, but overall, no issues with the process.
You'll go through some questions and also do a mock pitch presentation to demonstrate your product knowledge and sales skills. The questions will be sales-focused, but the main thing is the sales presentation. You'll need to practice and memorize a talk track while engaging the prospect.
