Candidate-reported interview process

Never heard back after applying, turns out the company has really bad employee turnover. Apparently, they make promises they don't keep and change goals/initiatives without notice or extra pay.

It was a standard interview where we chatted about the job, the company's past, how one can grow here, and the sales pipeline. They also asked about my experience and some general questions for the role.

We really value a fair hiring process that focuses on skills, so we use structured interviews. This means we ask everyone the same set of questions and use a consistent way to score them. It helps us reduce bias and makes sure everyone has a good shot.
