Candidate-reported interview process

The first two interviews were over the phone, and the last one was on Zoom. In my experience, they were very pleasant, and the questions asked were quite easy, all based on my personal experiences.

So, the interview process usually involves talking to 2-3 different people over 2-3 steps. A college degree is required. They'll ask you some situational questions.

The interview was relaxed and professional, with an easy, free-flowing conversation. They asked detailed questions and encouraged open dialogue. The office staff were friendly and maintained continuous eye contact. I was given a thorough explanation of the job description and career path, and they provided resources to help me learn more about the company.
