Candidate-reported interview process

The interview involved practical problems, not standard LeetCode style ones. They allowed using resources and AI. It included a phone screen, followed by a full loop with the hiring manager, a system design discussion, and a review of past projects.

The interview process was super organized, and the recruiter made sure to explain every step really clearly. They provided detailed instructions for each round, and what they said matched up with what the interviewers were looking for. Everything moved along pretty quickly and smoothly between the different rounds, and it was easy to get in touch with the recruiters.

I was told to expect backend programming topics and no leetcode style questions and expect to use Cursor. The person interviewing me was from a different team and they asked me a leet code question on a browser based python ide. If I was given correct information I would have studied algorithm questions.
