Started with a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had a peer interview focused on my customer success experience, sort of a competency check. Things moved really fast until all of a sudden, no more communication. I asked for feedback, whether good or bad, but got ghosted.
I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and had a chat with them. They gave me a good amount of info about the job, and we mostly talked about my resume. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, and it was pretty technical, but didn't really touch on managing people or hitting company goals.
The interview process was pretty thorough. I had five interviews, including a mock QBR presentation and a final chat with the Global VP of Customer Success. These chats were great for understanding the company. But, after getting a job offer, they rescinded it a few days later because of my current job tenure. It was weird because my tenure was on my resume from the start. If tenure was that important, they should have told me during the resume review. This would have saved time for me and the Abnormal team.
