The hiring process involved 4 interview rounds spread across a month. Throughout the interviews, especially the last two, there was a strong indication that I would be offered the position. However, a rejection came via an automated email a few hours after the final interview. It's quite odd given that they consistently repost the job opening every two weeks, which makes their hiring approach seem inefficient.
The interview process involved four rounds, covering behavioral and technical aspects. I even spoke with the operations manager. Unfortunately, I was rejected with an automated email despite performing very well. It would have been better if they had at least responded via their personal recruiting email, but it seems like ghosting is common nowadays.
This was the worst interview process ever. There was almost no communication, just email invites for Zoom meetings without any context. I tried reaching out to the recruiter multiple times for clarification on the process, but all my emails were ignored. I even considered skipping the last interview because the lack of communication made me think the company wasn't a good fit. Thankfully, I still got the 'unfortunately' email, although the whole experience was pretty uncomfortable.
