Candidate-reported interview process

The first "interview" is pretty casual, you'll talk with someone about the internship and how it's set up. They do most of the talking, and you get to ask them some questions at the end. Then, there's a more formal second interview with two associates who will ask you typical interview questions.

We started with an informational chat, then a writing test. It was meant to be two more rounds, but since they were so slow with grading the writing test, they combined the last two rounds into one. HR scheduling and communication was really bad. The interviews weren't too tough, and the writing test took around 3 hours.

It was a long interview process, covering five rounds in total. One of those rounds was a three-hour writing test. Unfortunately, I was rejected after the final round. I repeatedly asked for feedback, but received no response for a long time. When a managing director finally got back to me, the feedback was extremely generic and unhelpful, which was really disappointing after putting in so many hours.
