Candidate-reported interview process

The first "interview" is pretty casual, you'll talk with someone about the internship and how it's set up. They do most of the talking, and you get to ask them some questions at the end. Then, there's a more formal second interview with two associates who will ask you typical interview questions.

The interview process was quick and nice. They asked pretty basic questions about my interests. There was also a writing test involved, which took about 2 hours and asked me to summarize news articles and prepare talking points for a speech for a CEO.

First, there's a casual chat with an HR rep for about 30-45 minutes. If that goes well, then you have a more formal interview with some junior employees. Lastly, there's a 2-hour writing test.
