It's pretty much the same for every job here. First you'll get a call from a recruiter. Then a zoom with the hiring manager to talk about the role. After that, a panel interview with the hiring team where they'll ask questions based on AAMC core competencies.
I went through two rounds of interviews. First, there was a standard phone screen, then I met with the hiring manager, and finally, there was a panel discussion. The hiring manager was unprofessional and distracting, which was disappointing. HR was professional and responded quickly.
I went through 4 interviews in total, some were phone/panel/virtual and then a final virtual one. It was mostly behavioral questions, surprisingly no technical questions even though it was a data role. Their communication wasn't timely and they missed their own deadlines for getting back to me, and after all that, I got an automated rejection without any feedback.
