I went through 4 interviews in total, some were phone/panel/virtual and then a final virtual one. It was mostly behavioral questions, surprisingly no technical questions even though it was a data role. Their communication wasn't timely and they missed their own deadlines for getting back to me, and after all that, I got an automated rejection without any feedback.
The interview process was a really good experience. Everyone was super supportive and seemed invested in my success, both academically and professionally. It felt pretty laid-back, and I never felt any pressure during the whole thing.
The interview process included a phone screen first, followed by a single in-person round. This round was a standard whiteboard interview focused on Object Oriented Programming concepts, and did not involve Leetcode-style problems.
