8th Light Interview Questions

I went through 3 interviews total. First, I spoke with the Talent Acquisition manager, then with the department manager, and finally, I met with two team members from other departments. It was a quick process, felt more like a chat than an interrogation. They laid out the process and next steps clearly, and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Honestly, it was the best interview experience I've ever had.

The interview process was fair and involved several good conversations. I met with multiple people and had great discussions. They assessed my fit for the role and my potential happiness there. Overall, it felt like a positive experience.

Applied, had a quick 30-min chat with a recruiter, then went through three interviews. The vibe was pretty chill with everyone. Didn't make it to the end, but they let me know pretty fast. Seemed like they were working on interesting projects, not just staff augmentation which I'm not looking for.
