First, there was an online application with questions to gauge personality, experience, and fit. Then, a coding challenge was given, which originally had unlimited time but now has a much shorter time limit. Finally, there was an in-person interview after the code submission.
Spent a long time doing their initial coding challenge, but in the end I didn't make the cut because of one thing. Communication with the manager seemed unprofessional on their end.
