I had a chill chat with HR about the software engineering apprenticeship. We talked about what the job means for me and my career aspirations as an engineer.
I applied online and answered some written questions. Then I got an email for a zoom call with a recruiter. They asked some non-traditional questions, like not the usual ones, but really specific to the company to see if I'd be a good fit. After that, I got a take-home assessment with two parts. The second part asked me to improve my submission. I didn't move on after that.
The interview process was incredibly long and drawn out. There were several rounds with multiple weeks of no feedback in between each round. Phone screen, technical assessment, behavioral interview, panel interview.
