Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty long and unconventional interview process. They really want to see if you vibe with their culture for growth. I spoke with about 8 different people across various departments. Make sure you've researched the industry and have a solid opinion on it!

I sent in my application and resume online. Right away, I had to write a sample email to a potential client for a fake POS company. Then, I got to do a mock call with a potential client (a recorded conversation) for the same POS company. After finishing the mock call, the HR manager invited me for an interview the next day or so. The 'interview' involved learning about and pitching 42 floors' product. Afterward, I advanced to their director of growth for a final 'Pitch.' Once that pitch was done, I was given an offer. I was really happy with how it all went; it felt like they cared more about what I could actually do than just my resume.

I took my time, read thru all the material ahead of time. The only glitch was that I was about to create the email to my prospect and clicked on DONE (or whatever it said), thinking that I was done with the call and was ready to move onto the next step...but it was the final DONE, as in ... you are now done with everything. I have reapplied as I am very intrigued by this product and know I would do well in this role.
