Candidate-reported interview process

You'll have a few rounds of interviews where they'll ask you about your past experience. Make sure to give specific examples to back up what you say. This is especially important if you're going for a role where you'll have a specific client.

The initial phone screen was good. After that, I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour or more. Four people were there and we reviewed a page analysis I was asked to optimize. I felt good because I was able to identify several optimization opportunities on the page that they hadn't noticed.

I talked to a recruiter, the person doing the job now, someone from HR, and two of the execs I'd be assisting. It was a few rounds of in-person interviews.
