I applied and got an email with my interview date. When I got there, I talked with a few different managers. I didn't get any response after trying to follow up a few times.

The interview was pretty straightforward and fast. The people I met were friendly and kept things relaxed. They mostly asked about my past work history. Just make sure you really know your resume inside out. It was a pretty basic interview, and I might have met a few other team members.

HR recruiter reached out, and we had a casual phone chat about the job. It was a bit tricky to sync up with the team's schedule, but we managed to set up an interview with four team members for the following week. I met with each of them, and they all seemed great and had a good grasp of the company and the role. I sent thank you notes to everyone, but then... crickets. I followed up with HR twice, and still nothing. It's a bummer because it felt like it was going really well until the silence. This kind of ghosting really doesn't look good for the company or for future candidates.
