i interviewed 3 years ago and it was great. i met with 2 people. the recruiter, Susie, was very pleasant and i got a job offer an hour later as i got off the train on my way home! after my internship, I was hired full-time.
You had to submit your CV and a cover letter. Then, there was a video interview, followed by a group assessment, and finally, an interview with 360i. They were really friendly and understood how intimidating it can be.
I got an email to set up a phone interview. After that first phone interview, I got another email to set up a second phone interview. After the second phone interview, I got an email with the decision on the job, including my start date, pay, and what I'd be doing.
