The interview process with the agency itself was great, but they really need to vet their clients and hold them to better standards. The client either cancelled at the last minute or just didn’t show up, so it had to be rescheduled multiple times. When the interview finally did happen, the questions asked were completely outside of the scope of the role as discussed with the recruiter.
I've been contacted by over a dozen 24 Seven recruiters over the last few years and not ONE of them has ever replied to my confirming I'd like to talk with them about the role they're recruiting for. If someone has the time to initially contact candidates to schedule interviews, they also have the time to send a quick note back if there's been a change of plans, and not leave the other person and their hopes hanging. Makes one question the validity and professionalism of the whole company when the same thing happens with every single employee you've interacted with.
I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s recruiting team. A recruiter reached out to me, scheduled a call, and then didn’t show up. I followed up during the scheduled time to check in, but never received a response. Considering they were the ones who initiated contact and confirmed the call, this behavior is incredibly unprofessional. If this is how the company treats candidates, it raises serious concerns about how they operate.
