24 Seven Talent Recruiter interviews, decoded.

I had a phone screen with 24Seven, who are contracted by a big e-tailer in Seattle to find employees. The recruiter was cool and professional and told me what the next steps were with their client. They asked me about my experience, skills, and what I know about the job. I also got to ask them stuff about the company and the role.

First there was a preliminary chat with the 24 Seven Recruiter about my background. Then, my resume was forwarded to the client and they wanted to interview me. The 24 Seven Recruiter set up each interview with me. I spoke with the hiring manager, then two other people. All communication and scheduling was done through my Recruiter.

We had a general discussion about my experience and background, and what the role demands. They were really open to discussion and answered all my questions. The manager was nice and the staff seemed really friendly.
