The interview process involved meeting with three different managers. The final stage was a presentation of a use case on brands you’d want to work with. Each meeting was about 30 minutes long. Being late for any interview would result in immediate disqualification.
First I chatted with the internal recruiter, who was really nice, then she set up a phone interview with the branch manager and then the final onsite meeting. I wore business casual, but the manager and DM were dressed so casually it made me feel awkward in my dress. That was a first.
I had my first in-person interview. No phone screen happened since a recruiter helped me out. It started with an interview with a Senior Sales Representative, which was cordial and positive. After that, I interviewed with the general manager. The general manager seemed stressed and overworked. He thought the company might provide too much training. It doesn’t seem like as strong of a culture as they sell.
