Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zywave.
Market Analyst
It was a simple phone interview first, then an in-person. They looked at my skills and how I interact with people. It took about an hour and they said I'd hear back pretty fast. I talked to both senior managers and people in the middle of the management chain.
- Can you tell me about your experience in the industry?
Market Researcher
I applied for the Market Research job online and Zywave got back to me within a couple days for a 30-minute phone interview. Right after that, they had me do an online assessment. After I submitted it, they contacted me within a week for an in-person interview with two supervisors, which lasted about an hour. Then, 2-3 days later, they offered me the job over the phone. The whole process was really simple and everyone I interacted with was great – super friendly and honest from the first call to the offer.
- Can you describe how you handle competing deadlines and manage multiple projects, whether working alone or as part of a team?
Market Researcher
The interview process at Zywave was one of the best I have experienced. First, there was a short phone call to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview itself was formal and short, asking basic job and personal questions like conflicts in work, roles in a group, and the basics. I was immediately told I was moving to the next round, which involved a short aptitude test. I took the test, and a week later received info about the next round, taking the test again at the office. It was slightly more stressful, but the exact same type of test. The great part of Zywave's experience was the quick turnaround and honest feedback.
- Nothing unexpected... very basic interview questioning.
