- Can you describe your experience at your previous organization and the work you did there?
Management Trainee
Started with a communication screening where you have to talk about any topic for 30 seconds, checking your vocabulary and grammar. Then, a group discussion (GD) where being silent doesn't work, so be talkative and explore the topic. After that, it was a regular case study. Finally, a personal interview (PI) with questions based on your resume.
- For the communication screening, please discuss the topic of demonetization for 30 seconds, focusing on your vocabulary and grammar.
- During the group discussion, how would you approach exploring the topic by being talkative?
- Can you walk me through your approach to solving the case study?
Assistant Manager
The interview process included two rounds. The first was a 15-minute chat with the recruitment HR, followed by a 45-minute technical discussion with the manager. While the manager mentioned they'd follow up, I haven't heard back. My feedback to Zycus: if you take up an hour of someone's time, it's courteous to provide them with feedback afterward.
- What are your thoughts on scenario-based technical questions?
