My interview experience at zycus was terrible and took about 15 days. It started with an online aptitude test. After passing that, I was called for a face-to-face technical interview. However, it felt more like a walk-in interview as my 11 am slot was delayed until 3 pm, which was a complete waste of time. After the technical interview, I was told they'd email the results and conduct a telephonic interview for selected candidates before extending an offer. The next day, I got an email saying I was selected for the next round, but surprisingly, there would be no telephonic interview. Instead, I had to have a final face-to-face technical manager round after 7 days. I attended this final interview, answered all questions correctly, and was confident about getting hired. The interview lasted 30 minutes. Afterward, the HR said she would contact me the next day. Two days later, I received an email stating that while I was impressive, I didn't meet their current needs. This is how they responded even with my experience and correct answers. It was a total waste of 15 days, money, and planned leaves. They don't provide feedback on where you might have lacked, possibly because the selection isn't based on skills, experience, or knowledge. Zycus, please respect candidates' time and provide proper feedback instead of just disappointing them. I don't recommend interviewing here.

First there was an aptitude test with 10 questions, each worth 2 marks and with negative marking. The questions were quite easy, focusing on logic and quant. You should only answer questions you're sure about. Then there was a group discussion type thing, but really they gave us an object like a pen or smartphone and asked us to list all the parameters we could test for it. It wasn't technical. The technical round had questions about your resume, or logic questions, and software testing questions. Everything is logic-based and needs quick thinking. Finally, the HR round had questions related to software testing and day-to-day life examples.

the process started with a group discussion (gd) which was easy, followed by an aptitude test (apt) that was also easy to crack. the third round was a technical and hr interview. the gd and apt rounds eliminated a large number of applicants. the apt test mainly focused on quantitative aptitude, with no logical questions. however, the technical and hr round included puzzle questions.
