It was a placement drive where 3 people were selected out of 1500+. The process was engaging and exhilarating, with 5 stages. It started with an Aptitude Test, followed by two selection rounds: Group Discussion and Case Study Round. These rounds require a prepared mind for problem-solving, identifying problems, creative thinking, and confident delivery. After these elimination rounds, there was a Personal Interview and then an HR Interview. To clear these, knowing about the company, its verticals, products, and competitors is important. Presenting good communication skills, unique ideas, and learnings from your experience might lead to a favorable outcome.

It was a VIRTUAL PROCESS. First, there was an online test for 30 mins, which shortlisted 203 candidates out of 1000. Then there was a GD (Group Discussion). My group had 2 students out of 10 selected, and they didn't speak or even turn on their camera/mic. Total partiality! I was out in this round even though I gave my best, made good points, spoke fluently, stayed on topic, and participated 3-4 times plus concluded the discussion. STILL, students who got selected were the ones who didn't bother speaking once. After that, there was a Case Study and then Interviews.

It started with an AI round, then a second round with HR. I was really disappointed because the job description didn't mention they were hiring for a subsidiary or that they'd be lowering the position to BDR. It was frustrating not getting clear instructions in this market. Then, they were disrespectful when I tried to clarify the actual position we were interviewing for.
