Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zwicker & Associates.
Associate Attorney
It was a fast interview process. They were very upfront about everything. First, I had a screening call with a recruiter. After that, I had a remote Zoom interview with the people on the team in the office I would be working in. Everyone was great to talk to.
- Could you tell me about your experience in court?
Associate Attorney
The interview process was pretty involved. It included a phone chat and then two separate in-person meetings. I spoke with both the Assistant Vice President and the Managing Attorney. The AVP was kind of rude, but the Managing Attorney was nice.
- Could you tell me your top three strengths as an attorney?
- And what would you say is your biggest weakness?
Associate Attorney
I got an email, then a call from HR. After that, I had a Web-X interview with the managing attorney and his supervisor. They were both really friendly and nice, and they made me feel comfortable. We talked for about 45 minutes and they asked me some questions.
- Can you share an instance where you made an error and describe how you handled it?
