The interview was good overall, though one interviewer was quite arrogant and didn't seem to listen, just repeating questions. There were four rounds in total. The first, third, and fourth rounds went well, but the second round was not good.

I applied online and first had a 30-min phone chat with HR about general things like my strengths and weaknesses. Then, I had two 30-min phone interviews with managers where I mostly talked about my background and skills. After that, I went for an in-person interview that lasted about 6 hours. This included one-on-one meetings with 5 managers and a tour. During lunch, I had to take a test that was half personality, half math problems, kind of like ACT questions. I was also told that working Saturdays is normal and that there was a lot of waiting around for interviews. They extended an offer a few days after the 2-month process, wanting a decision in 1 day and a start date of 1 week, even though I told them I needed 2 weeks' notice for my current job. HR seemed annoyed it took a few hours to contact my references, considering how long they took for the interview process. I turned it down because I had already accepted another job with a quicker process and fewer concerns.

HR called me on Monday and I went in for the interview on Wednesday. I met with a manager in Broadview, IL and a manager in Spokane, WA. At the end, I met with HR. The HR didn't really interview me, he only asked how I felt about the position.
