Interviewed with the team where they asked situational questions. Two managers were on the call. They also asked about my previous work experience, including where I worked and my job duties. The interviewers were very stern, almost intimidating. They asked similar questions but reworded them.

I applied online and got an email from HR. I replied but didn't hear back, so I called their HR department and left a bunch of voicemails for the person who emailed me. Finally, almost a month later, the HR person called back and said they were out of office. They interviewed me, talked up the company, and said they'd pass my resume to a hiring manager who'd contact me in about a week to schedule a second interview. No hiring manager ever called. Two weeks later, I called HR again and was told the job was canceled, but it was still posted online! They could have at least emailed me. It was super unprofessional and disrespectful.

It took 6 months from my interview to get an offer and start date, and 9 months for my promotion. I interviewed for a role that wasn't approved yet but was in the pipeline. HR is super slow. The phone screen was way harder than the in-person interview, which was pretty chill. HR doesn't really know the day-to-day of the jobs or if you're qualified. If you can't explain things to them or tell them what they want to hear, you won't get past the phone screen.
