& Process

I applied online and heard back from the internal recruiter pretty quickly. We had a call that felt good, and I was told I'd hear back within the week. It took another 10 days before I reached out, and the recruiter was nice and said she'd check. A few days later, I got a generic rejection. I asked for feedback since the first call seemed to go well, but never heard back. I get that feedback for everyone is tough, but it's disappointing to get a form rejection after a 45-minute interview, especially when you know how a good process should work.

I sent in my application and had to wait a few months to hear back. When I finally did, I had a phone screen. After that, they invited me for an on-site interview which lasted about 4 hours. A week or so later, I got the job offer. The interview team was great, they asked relevant questions and had good follow-up questions.

I had 2 phone interviews with a Recruiter and the Hiring Manager. There was supposed to be an on-site interview afterwards, but I wasn't selected. The whole process was pretty straightforward. What surprised me was that during the first interview, they asked about my current salary and bonus, which I thought was illegal in Washington now. Also, after I went through 3 interviews, they never even gave me a decision. The interviewers were really nice though, except for that salary question.
