You go in and wait in the lobby for a bit. Then, a group of 4 interviewers will talk with you. They were nice at the start, but then it got pretty intense. It was just question after question.

I got to the facility early and took a tour. It felt like a busy but relaxed place. The people I met were nice and encouraging. First, I met with the recruiter, then I was interviewed by a group of managers. I expected the interview process and felt I would be a good fit for the role, but it was hard to tell exactly what they were looking for.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really long and frustrating. It took more than two months to get an offer. I went through seven interviews with leaders across all three buildings, which felt like a lot for a lateral move. They had me waiting after the final interviews in early September, only to find out the original recruiter had quit. After that, I had another interview, and then I finally got the job. I told them what I wanted in an offer, and a week later, they gave me a low offer that was less than what I discussed with the first recruiter. The company seemed unprofessional and wasted my time. I don't recommend them and wouldn't work there. It seems like they only promote internally because they offer low salaries.
