I applied for the internship some months ago and eventually got a response. They emailed me to schedule a phone interview. It was pretty simple and brief, maybe 15 minutes max. The interviewer was friendly and it felt casual, like a conversation. They asked about my background, my motivation for the internship, and my teamwork skills. Then, as it's a design internship, they asked for my design portfolio.
