Behavioral Case

It was a really simple process, just two interviews. First was a 30-minute phone call that was all behavioral. Then, I had a 45-minute interview with three engineers, which was a mix of behavioral and case-style questions. No coding tests or anything like that.

The interview process was good. The HR team was very nice, but I had to email them three times to get the feedback on my interview because it was not on time.

Recruiter call and interviews went really smoothly. The HR person at the start was super nice, enthusiastic about the company, and treated me like a person, making sure all my questions were answered. The onsite interview was pretty standard, with a good mix of managers and team members. The questions were relevant to the job, and they gave me plenty of chances to ask my own questions and highlight my experience. HR followed up after the onsite to check if I had any remaining questions and to get my feedback on the process, which was great. The whole thing felt very open and moved fast.
