It started with a phone chat with the recruiter. About two weeks after that, I had an on-site interview that included 5 people and was split into 3 sessions. The interviews were more like conversations, not many STAR questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This was the worst interview process I've ever been through. Just because an interview process is long doesn't mean it's thoughtful. This one was way too long and nobody could tell me what was going on or what the next steps were. If they're going to have an in-person interview, it should only be the final round. Having five rounds and meeting eight people is insane. If you can't make a decision after three rounds and meeting 3-5 people, you're not being efficient with your time. This whole experience gave me a really bad impression of the company. I wouldn't recommend applying here.

I met with several team members from different departments. It was a good chance to see the company culture, how things work, and the company's background from different viewpoints. I got to know a lot of people, which made my choice to join easier.
