Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was really straightforward and quick. I got the job offer right away after the interview. It was just a phone call, no need to come in person. They mostly just went over the job details with me, and I wasn't really asked any specific questions.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Service Representative
It was a recruiter screening and then a supervisor interview. They said they would let me know either way, yes or no, and I didn’t get the offer but the people seemed nice and pleasant. It seemed very chill and people weren’t dressed up and I really liked that. I apologized for being late.

Customer Service Associate
I put in my application on Indeed for a Customer Service Associate role at Zoro. A senior supervisor reached out within a few days via email to schedule a phone interview, which happened a few days later. This initial phone chat was pretty laid-back, mostly getting to know me. The supervisor then wanted me to come in for an in-person interview with two other supervisors. That interview lasted about 40 minutes, and afterward, they showed me around the office and let me observe someone already doing the job. About a week later, one of the supervisors I met with called me to offer me the job, and they went over the training start date and my schedule. I started training within two weeks. There was a drug test required, and the nearest facility I could find was in Loves Park, IL. I also had to complete a brief online assessment that checked my ability to find information on Zoro's website and my skills in handling customer service via email.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Describe a situation where you challenged a manager.
