First, I had to complete a test, an aptitude test, which I passed. Then came the interview stage. It was an AI-driven interview that assessed my understanding of probability and statistics, aptitude, and logic. If I couldn't answer a question, the AI would move on to the next one in a loop. Overall, the experience was positive.

So basically, first I had to do an online assessment. Once I cleared that, there were two interview rounds. The first was a case study where I was given data about healthcare companies and products in different formats, including graphs. I had to analyze this data and answer questions. The second round was with someone from India who's a principal, and they gave me puzzle-based questions which I had to solve in any way I could.

So I had a phone screening first, then an online assessment which was 50 MCQs in 12 minutes. After that, there was a video interview with a consultant where we did case discussions. Then, another case discussion with other people and an intense data set. If I passed that, I had an interview with the manager, and then an interview with someone from the US. They got back to me in two days about the offer. We did some initial negotiation and they extended an offer, which I verbally accepted. A few days later, I asked for the offer letter and they said they weren't planning to roll out the offer and it was cancelled. It was really strange and showed a lack of a good HR team. They only give an offer if you can join the next day after they tell you the result. So, I wouldn't recommend applying unless you're ready to join immediately. I've never seen anything like it before, and I have texts confirming when they were going to roll out the offer, but I don't want to make it an issue.
