First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ZoomCare.
Content Marketing Manager
I really liked the phone screening and I got moved to the first round. At the end of the interview, they said I would be moved forward to the panel interview but about a week later I got a standard auto rejection. Super unprofessional to lie to someone and then not provide feedback on why you decided to not move them forward.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Clinic Associate
It included phone interviews, each about half an hour long. The people I spoke with were very nice, and the questions were fair and thought-provoking. No concerns there. They explained that the interview process would continue if I passed a certain level, otherwise, it would be a rejection.
- Would you consider working at a different location?
Director of Learning and Development
I interviewed with the Director of People. She asked thought-provoking questions and conducted the interview with professionalism and humility. The recruiter let me know within 2 days that I wasn't moving forward to the next round. I appreciated how quickly ZoomCare got back to me.
- Can you share an example of a time you performed a detailed root cause analysis?
Operations Manager
I first spoke with an HR recruiter, which was pretty straightforward. After that, I immediately had a panel interview with four regional directors. The questions were of average difficulty, and everyone was really nice. But ultimately, I think they were looking for someone with more experience in analytics and business development within their managed specialties.
- Were you involved in setting KPIs and improving financial outcomes?
