First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zoom Technical Services.
Account Manager
This was a really quick and easy interview process. The hiring manager was very direct about what they were looking for and what they expected from the role. Mostly, it involved discussing your ability to spend your entire workday on the phone.
- Would you be okay with spending the entire day on the phone?
Account Manager
I came in and was greeted by a very friendly person, which made the process feel welcoming and helped ease my nerves. About 10 minutes later, the manager came out and I went into a conference room with a fish tank table, which was really cool. We talked for about 20 minutes, and I asked some questions too. It went pretty smoothly. I also got to meet the CEO as I was leaving, which was a nice surprise.
- What are your goals?
Account Manager
They went over my experience and were clear about what they needed in a candidate. The interview process was very open. They have a Fish Tank Conference Room Table, which was unusual.
- What aspects of your previous role did you find enjoyable?
