I got referred by a friend. The HR coordinator was very cooperative, but I was unimpressed with the interviewer. She came unprepared and hadn't looked at my CV. She seemed distracted and after five minutes asked me to do a sales pitch. The points she gave me for the pitch were invalid. I later found out she was a new employee. The experience gave me a bad impression of the organization. I was disappointed.
